Refund policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of oral care products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
- All Sales Are Final: Once purchased, Oralique 5-in-1 toothbrushes cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days so we can promptly correct the order.
